Internal Assessment, Viva, Semester and Final Examination will be conducted and controlled by the ERTH COUNCIL. Date and time schedule of the examination for each batch can be obtained at the time of registration for examination. After publishing results the certificates are issued with in a short period of time from ERTH COUNCIL. Only three chances will be allowed to the student to sit for the final examination. For each attempt they have to pay additional exam fee.

Students are expected to actively participate in the social service,cultural activities and study tour programmes under the guidance of institute to develop their potentialities and personalities.

Students must be neat, tidy and must keep discipline. Students must obey all instructions given by the study centre whether oral or written.

Regular and Punctual attendance is essential. In case of absencein the class leave letter must be produced. Students should not be allowed to leave the class with out permission.

Smoking with in the campus is strictly prohibited.

Students must pay for all damages caused by them in the study centre.

Note Books/Assignments and Log books should be submitted to the instructors in time and get corrected.

Fee must be paid on or before the due of every month and obtain fee receipts from the study centre.

Students must collect their receipts of DD amount (Reg. Fees) issued by ERTH COUNCIL State Administrative Office from the concerned study centre for future reference.

Registration fees and Training fees once remitted will not be refunded at any circumstances

Students who registered under ERTH COUNCIL can make their suggestions and opinions with State Administrative Office withoutany hesitation.

Those students who pass out the final examination with 40% marks will be eligible to get CERTIFIED course completion/merit certificates which are internationally designed and having Hologram with Punched Golden Foil, that the certificate cannot be duplicated.
